Hannah started her live events career with a business degree focused on sports, events, and tourism marketing from Montclair State University. While in school, she enjoyed the quick commute into New York City and took on production assistant roles for non-profit and sporting events. Now based out of Austin, her current role focuses on festival ticketing. Whether working as a guest services producer or client operations manager, she enjoys the problem solving that comes with a career in live events. Hannah was inspired to create BOH as a place to connect and educate aspiring and seasoned event makers.

New York native, Victoria began her live events career in professional baseball, while also working in festival production. Over the years, her love for the live events industry vastly grew, bridging a gap between live sports & live music. Alongside her extra-large dog, Boomer, Victoria recently moved to Nashville, joining Live Nation’s music festival team, Country Nation. Whether at a stadium rooting for your favorite team, or at a concert jamming to your favorite band, creating that experience is what Victoria lives for & believes BOH is a great outlet for everyone in this live events world.
From radio promotions to music festival marketing, Dustin’s passion for music and live entertainment has developed his career. After working six years in Southern California radio, he shifted his career path to marketing music festivals and moved to Nashville last November. Since moving to Nashville he has worked on the Festival Marketing team at Live Nation and as a User Support Specialist at TikTok. As Co-Editor of BOH he is excited to connect fans and music professionals to the latest industry news, and he can’t wait to return to concerts (with a drink in each hand) once COVID is over.
